1- Services Offered

  • We repair major household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and HVAC systems.
  • We offer both in-home and in-shop repairs, depending on the nature of the problem.
  • From home kitchens to restaurant equipment, we service both residential and commercial appliances.
  • All and any appliance brands are welcomed. We are happy to use our knowledge on appliances to any related projects. We may decline any project requests at our discretion.

2- Scheduling and Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or through our mobile app.
  • We offer 2-hour appointment windows to minimize your wait time.
  • If we’re running late, we’ll notify you and offer a $20 service credit.

3- Pricing and Payments

  • We charge a flat diagnostic fee of $80, which is waived if you proceed with our recommended repairs. We charge a diagnostic fee to cover our speedy visit to your location and the expertise of our highly trained professionals. This fee reflects the value of their time and skills, ensuring you receive top-notch service from the moment we arrive
  • We provide upfront, itemized quotes (include diagnostic) before beginning any work.
  • We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payment methods like PayPal and Zelle.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service.

4- Parts and Labor Warranty

  • Our repairs are backed by a 60-day parts and labor warranty.
  • This warranty doesn’t cover damage due to misuse, abuse, or acts of nature.

5- Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may incur a $35 fee.

6- Customer Satisfaction

  • If you’re not satisfied with our service, please let us know within 7 days. We’ll return to address the issue at no additional charge.

7- Liability

  • We carry full insurance coverage for any accidental damage to your property during our service.
  • We’re not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues unrelated to our service.

8- Data Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Your contact and service history information will never be sold or shared with third parties.
  • We may use anonymized data for service improvement purposes.

9- Communication

  • By using our service, you agree to receive appointment reminders and service-related communications via email, text, or phone.
  • You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

10- Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms. Any changes will be communicated via email to clients and on our website
